Despite a superior product and optimal skill set so many things can still go wrong.

My optimism could be higher than others 

The tax code is simply too comprehensive to learn, court cases overrule one another, and you really need to optimize your time as an investor.

I think option 3 would be optimal (no extra install costs and no need to walk outside to do laundry), but not sure how I would go about implementing that.

Only a small amount of investors are optimal for residential land lording.

Whether the response is better or worse than texting, it seems optimal to utilize both channels of communication.

I'm not sure this is the optimal time of year to risk it.
