They will verify a persons identity, the background check with show clear for the different offenses or show the criminal offenses they have.

I was suckered by one of the first replies , which was identical to the verbiage in link below but they used another name.  

We posted identical ads in 3 "alternate" online sites: Freelancer.com, Fiverr & Guru.com.

Apartments.com uses TransUnion for soft pull credit reports, so you will get the identical report you would get through Smartmove.

There is just so much money to be made in the business that it is BOUND to attract the criminals and the thieves.
