Logan Sq has a good side and a rough side.Being in the boundary of a great neighborhood school is great for a property but there is also the possiblility of getting into a magnet or charter school or going to private so it is often not a deal breaker if the neighborhood school is poor.

These might not be deal breakers, but every property will need maintenance at the very least so you want to be prepared going forward even when you have a textbook deal.

A new Jefferson County circuit court decision says all state inventory properties more than 6 years old are voidable by taxpayer, but I don't expect that decision to gain any traction with other courts.
