Get that first one under your belt and the rest will be much easier.  

I have begun wholesaling, but I want to get my first fix and flip under my belt.

So far I have 3 houses under my belt looking to add 5 a year.

Work on your reputation first and then when you have more experience under your belt and can provide investors with historical financials, work on syndicating deals.

Then you can grow your RE business and get a couple of properties under your belt before you decide to go full time with it.I feel like I say that a lot on here, and people probably get sick of me saying it, but I get a lot of calls and see a lot of people post on here saying they finally got the guts to quit their day job so they could get started with REI.

So with my 2 weeks of podcasts under my belt I started looking at properties.

I have been educating myself on my local market for a year and a half now and have a couple of buy and hold deals under my belt that I acquired in the last 6 months.

Bob Johnson I would suggest, when you get your agent license, to get more than 1 transaction a year under your belt.

My first piece of advice is don't make any drastic lifestyle changes before getting some properties under your belt.
