Yes @Rick Santasiere it is sorta bad, to move her stuff - but suggested in a manner if all else fails and she thinks removing rotten food was bad and upset her so that she attacked people, that moving her stuff would really cause a big problem but be ready to record it and call police immediately.

Apparently the litigation is starting to wrap up but the old tenants are very upset that they haven't gotten their money back yet. its been three months since they left and the original return would have gone out two months ago if everything went accordingly plan.Has anyone experienced something like this?

Tenants with a washer/dryer are going to be upset to have them yanked out and could move out because of that.

I was just notified of this yesterday by my tenant and of course I am upset because if the power was never turned off in the first place this would not be an issue.

A seller doesn't want to upset his or her tenants by parading people through the house.

It's probably not worth filing an eviction when she's leaving anyway, but it's upsetting to have to wait to do a turnover because a tenant who is not paying is living there!
