Usually a Park like this will have lots of deferred tree trimming, road issues, water leaks, and a need to pump all the septic tanks.I'm not really sure which state this Jacksonville is in, but make sure that your state laws are landlord friendly.

It takes quite a bit of time to tear up, possibly repair subfloor if they just glued it to that (unless its on concrete), lay down new, and then lower base trim, toe kick, and standing door trim.

He called a local mover and they charge $7k-$9k for local moves and that includes complete tear down, split the home, pack it, ship it, set it back up, do all trim work inside, siding work outside, and ridge vent.

That can be just about any house, so if that is what you want maybe try to get a better idea of the style house that is in highest demand for your area and search for something within that location that is more or less outdated or just doesn't meet the specific criteria for your area.. yet.Could be just a dated 70's house with wood trim and brass fixtures, could be a 2 bed, 1 bath thats over 1,500 square feet and has room to become a 3/2?
