Today I spoke with the neighbor and he gave me a tour of the house.

Just pay for the weeks rent up front after taking a tour of the house. 

I'm going to be in the area for vacation next week and would like to get a feel for the area as well as get a bit of a virtual neighborhood tour from a turnkey property provider or other investors in the area.  

In terms of classes, he usually hosts in-person tour of his units, which is a great way to learn how successful operators run their business.

We have a property manager who helps us with a few things (he doesn't cost much - just $500/year) and helps us interview tenants, tour the place, do time to time check ins, etc. and then when we got home to visit every 2-3 months, we stop and check in.

It would be great for our Atlanta members to be able to be able to drive by and watch your project progress, or even take a tour if you have the time.

All this info is just on touring, I would conduct more in depth during due diligence post Letter of Intent agreement.Thoughts?

Once a month they do a bus tour.  

Or do you ultimately find these when touring?

Which cities did you all visit and what was your outcome of the overall tour.
