I'll try to limit my rant here, but since the Wall Street Journal published a somewhat nasty article about Airbnb investors in late April and I represent a lot of Denver Airbnb Investors and Colorado Springs Airbnb investors, I think it's important to point out a few things, and see if my fellow BP-ers are of the same opinion or a totally different opinion. 

If their goal is to generate revenue by sharing their knowledge and systems, they wouldn't even bother wasting the upfront capital needed to print/publish/ and package all the books, tapes, and videos that come part of the deal, then even more money on infomercials, advertising, and those long/drawn out websites that never seem to get to the point.  

If you're interested, the raw Case Shiller data is published monthly.I believe this data is not inflation adjusted.

However, no matter how it comes, I would suggest you still call the known/published number (not a number in the email) for your escrow officer and have him/her verify/read-back their actual account number where any funds should be sent.You do not want to wire funds to the wrong account number or they could be gone forever.

I use Microsoft Publisher for mine.

Last year sequestration hit RHA landlords hard, and some rents remain significantly below published MSA FMR numbers.

Last data was published was from July and August data wont be out till Oct 19th.

Maybe I'll just have to publish and make changes as I get them.
