I would say that every third person you tell probably knows someone who invests in real estate in some form or fashion.

I am not only completely new to this but I am living overseas working as an expat contractor. has anyone else ever handled their real estate business in such a fashion?

Exiting in hot market cycles is inherent in a value play strategy...or the strategy is to hold very long term and ride the cycles up and down.Some investors are re-deploying capital from value plays to cash flow plays.  

No staying an extra day to go horseback riding...Too low or too high really doesn't have anything to do with it. 

I run across half a dozen a year.If someone rides up to your clinic on a bicycle for a self pay procedure, how confident are you that they will pay the bill when they get it in the mail?

There are several spots around now that offer park and ride to the games, so Bryan could still be good for gameday rentals. 

The seller is not interested in selling the property in that fashion and our market is very slim as far as quality homes you can purchase in this manner.

Folsom is a great place to live and raise a family, the bike riding is fantastic.  

I think I’m general If you are responsible about hosting on Airbnb, and you don’t piss off your neighbors, then you should have a pretty smooth ride.

Vacations are the first thing to get cut from people's budgets when things get tough so you need a much bigger safety net to make it through those times and have to be willing to ride those waves to get the benefits
