Once you can get more specific with what your long-term goals/strategies are, the more efficient your investments will be....also, you'll sleep better and be able to more accurately assess where you're at in the investment game!

Games like this make me angry. 

You will need some skin in the game.

Since there is not enough margin in the buy / sell they are playing games with the repairs.I do not see how these ibuyers will make it trough a down turn.

Although the cash flow may be fine, you'll want to play the long game and acquire more units rapidly.

Is yard repair and cleanup fair game against the deposit.

It becomes a numbers game.

I'd up the game and seek out a few books.
