In big picture of things, this is a minor detail compared to navigating pandemic, isn't it? 

In general the economy here is stable assuming the pandemic continues to slow and casinos & businesses stay open. 

Cleveland has best in class healthcare institutions (Cleveland Clinic, University Health, Metro) and I wouldn’t be shocked if funding to them increased significantly over the next years due to this pandemic.

I agree with trying to keep tenant turns down by all means necessary, especially during the pandemic which has brought challenges we never saw coming.

Now, also did stumble on a city like Torrence  in Cali which had at least had a 70% occupancy rate during the worst of the pandemic and is currently around that rate.
