sorry Josh I doubled up on your thought process I just went to the bottom and made the same post as you... tax free primary is the single best tax treatment in the US especially for west coast folks.I have done it multiple times all with great success.. a few were the Max .. now you get a 500k check that is tax free and well that's a pretty good day.
