State on the form that quarterly inspections are performed on any unit that has animals to ensure there is no destruction or odors.As far as the medical professional, give them a form that states the animal is required for treatment.

sorry Josh I doubled up on your thought process I just went to the bottom and made the same post as you... tax free primary is the single best tax treatment in the US especially for west coast folks.I have done it multiple times all with great success.. a few were the Max .. now you get a 500k check that is tax free and well that's a pretty good day.

If the LLC held the property, and you owned the LLC, you still get all the income and tax treatment of a sole proprietor, but the liability bucks stood at the entity level.
