As a consequence, those landlords who cater to social housing clientele tend to perpetuate the stereotype of slumlord.There are other programs, such as group homes for physically or intellectually challenged youth, which will pay much closer to market rents, but do involve a little more red-tape than your regular lease.

This is different than the stereotypical "slum lord" that rents to the first person to show up with cash, doesn't maintain his buildings, and when repairs are made they are absolute bare minimum (think lots of duct taped plumbing leaks...).

keep in mind by the time a NPN gets to the street so where an individual who cant buy a larger tape gets a whack at them they are pretty picked over and many times have some hair on themthat's my take on it....

I don't if the park has gravel or asphalt roads, but either way fixing those can get expense and being in the PNW makes those repairs more likely than say New Mexico since you get far more rain. 2. you'll get more fidelity on this once you see five years of tax record, but if the owner has run this park at a 13% expense ratio, other surprises will pop up.

She was working from the hospital.. the appraisal came in low, etc, etc. we switched to Wells Fargo for the 203k.. lots of red tape for Wells Fargo.
