I helped many in that community get with NaCA so they could buy the rental they were living in.. problem is you can lead a horse to water but you cant make them drink..

After drinking that Kool-Aid realized I needed to die by 75 if I bought what they were selling. 

People think real estate is a silver bullet that they load shoot and all of a sudden their troubles are over,  their depressions over, their  low self-esteem is over And they’re driving a brand new Cadillac when they’re not on the beach drinking lemonade.

And drink and roast my own coffee. :) 

I am not currently looking (for a variety of reasons) but if I were, I would do what I always did.....drive around by myself for days, weeks, months...eat at the local taco shops, drink at the local bars.......find the neighborhoods that feel right, look right, smell right.

Plus it's your best chance for a ride to the hospital.I run for 45 minutes most days, we eat clean and healthy (mostly following The Whole30 approach, look it up, great book) and drink very little alcohol.

It’s true that turnkeys are not too popular here in BP, the analogy of turnkey as ready to drink soda 🥤 bought in 7-11 vs buying soda at Costco and preparing it yourself was made and stayed in my mind so it’s good to hear success stories like yours.

Next time you go out to dinner, lift up your drinking glass, I will bet there is a "Libbey" glass Stamp on the bottom.  

Alcohol, petrol, food, transportation... stuff you know that people will always need.
