It is been a while since I read the book but one of the most interesting facts was the discussion of wealthy parent financially supporting their adult children.The author did a comparison of the financial status of professional adult children that were still receiving support from their parents.

The current tenants seem nice, but during a visit to the house for reasons unrelated to the tenants, I realized they had two adults living there who were not on the lease (one of the tenants' parents, I think).

There is a $40 application fee for all adults that will be living in the property and we will be running a national credit, criminal, and eviction report.

I live in the Atlanta, GA area, I'm currently working a full time job as an administrative assistant,  I'm married with 2 adult children and a dog. 

For me it's a NO if the adult tenants simply don't have enough income or a low credit score.

I'd highly recommend martial arts, specifically Brazilian jiu jitsu to anyone but especially young adults.

Hi Nick,I am Social Worker by training and work with Seniors and adults with disability in a subsidized housing setting.

I put in every ad "all adults must be able to pass a background check and have no prior evictions" - gets rid of ones I don't need to waste time checking.  

It's nothing more than consenting adults engaging in commerce.
