I think LU has a solid business model and you hear it over and over again in the radio show and it is reinforced in the the 2 day class.  

Besides this reinforces to the prospect why they chose you to call.

I know I fell into the belief that househacking is always a good move when I started into investing, but the more I dove in and the more experience I got, its just not a guarantee it's going to always work like assumed.
