His daughter has recently published an update on Stanley's research that'a also worth reading.I am most definitely happier now with a wife I never but never fight about money with and a household budget we understand every single last little thing about, than we were back in the days when we were wondering where-oh-where $75K a month was going and why it was so hard...so very hard...just impossibly hard to get ahead with our W2 income muzzled as a wealth-building tool.

Here are a few I keep going back to: city-data.com fred.stlouisfed.orgbestplaces.netcensus.gov/dataCostar is good if you have someone that can pull data for you...A lot of commercial brokerages will also publish reports for regions or specific cities...Best ever though is Google.

You should have it published exactly what your criteria for a tenant are- credit score, income, criminal history, etc, so anyone who inquires should already have a good idea if they qualify or not.
