( I did not get a chance to buy it) only the players did ... so how do you reform that industry.

All the major "players" in the World invest part of their money in Real Estate.Hmmmmmm......I wonder why?

There is so little room to develop that only the huge players have a chance, and even when they do, it hardly puts a dent in the demand.

To give you a quick background, I was a top 5 poker player in the World for some 10 years at my form of poker and transitioned in the summer of 2020.  

You will also find the players in multifamily and see if you can team up with them.

STR - short term rentals is where I see a lot of experienced players gravitate towards.

Its like sampling a NFL players 40 yard dash but for apartment underwriting.

No matter what niche you are in, you need some of the other niche players to continue to expand your real estate empire.

Hi Robbie,Couple ideas.  1) Join a local MF meetup group or start your own - just network to see who is doing what, who the players are, learn your market, etc.2) Hire a coach and see how you can help them3) Two of the best ways to start getting into MF w/o a lot of capital is raising capital for others and learn from them.
