YUP politicians placating the mass's 

I was relocating from Mass to Maine and needed some guidance on writing my first offer (different paperwork, terms and practices than Mass). 

Purchase price: $215,000 Cash invested: $60,000 Duplex in western Mass purchased in 2021

The only appeal I see is the proximity to Mass Ave and downtown.

My thing about it  is recycle, I don't want to have hard copies of everything, I think I'm going to get one of the mass storage drives from wallies I have a file cabinet but I hate the thought of boxes full of files stacked up in my house or to have to pay for storage of boxes.

When I talk about subsidizing a management company, I mean that it will not make money until you are able to scale to critical mass.

RUBS makes sense but I'm very concerned about springing it on the 50+ tenants and seeing a mass exodus and turnover.

Sellers and investors know enough to look past the garbage posts of the masses and grab onto this opportunity I am presenting.

So tired of wholesalers mass emailing their spam "deals of the century."
