I use a local Allstate agent that insures my SFHs (owned by my LLC) with American Modern Insurance.

For a more advanced investor there is likely a A/B condo conversion play available with a renovation  budget for modernizing the units and selling them separately.

We transformed it from a wrecked modern-style home to a street-of-dreams level Tuscan Ranch home.

By updated, I don't mean a Dwell home, I mean something less but modern/nice. 

Lately I've been walking through houses that have strange (by modern buildings) heating arrangments.

In certain parts of Milwaukee, there are a lot of homes that could BECOME a more modern version of the old school polish flat style of living and would also double the units on a single lot.  

More and more people are discovering that they can stay in a vacation home with a private heated pool/spa, game room, themed bedrooms, full modern kitchens, movie theaters, etc. for a cost often a good bit less than staying in a hotel especially when you take into account the cost of food, laundry, parking, etc.Regarding your statement about tourists staying in Davenport are more apt to be focused on golf and less on Disney than in Kissimmee - I don't think so.  

It is a blessing to have this opportunity to be in the position that I am in and I am excited to meet new people and learn how to do business with you all to slowly, but surely, make Tampa a beautifully modern city with safe homes. 

Thinking this would be a near worse case scenarioRehab PlanThinking I could possibly do interior upgrades, modernize the office into something appealing, (could be as simple as removing the paneling and exposing the brick, redividing the offices, updating the baths etc) and then rent out individual office spaces and charge $400-600 a mo for each office space - They'd be gross leases and I'd take care of all utilities, janitorial etc -- would not provide any onsight receptionist, fax machines etc -- each person would provide their own office equip -- I could potentially provide office furniture if needed, plenty of good used stuff to be found locallyThinking at a min 7-8 office suites, possibly more -- Per agent and my knowledge of community/research online I dont think a setup exists like this to attract possibly an IT person, a 1 man/woman business such as an accountant etc.  

The  bathroom was very small and most of todays modern fixtures were TOO BIG!
