Ive only handled SFH and small multi-family rehabs, but never dealt with anything on this scale, and have no idea about the associated costs.

I am really interested in getting some insight from someone who has been investing in the area for a few years to get a better idea of there viewpoint on the country and area they are invested in.

We could have sold and rolled the proceeds into the next deal, but we decided to hold them.

The cash flow houses help me to hold on for the long haul, while the appreciation houses enable me to buy more houses.  

If you spend it on rent this month, I guarantee the tenant will be short again and you'll have no leverage to hold them accountable.Tell them to move out by August 31st.
