@Katrina Cebrian This may not be the case with your applicants but many charges may never become convictions when the victim chooses not to proceed, which happens frequently during quarrels when one partner holds a significant amount of power over the other or illegal substances are involved and they're both not in their right mind.As you've stated though, their income is nowhere near the minimum requirement making any past charges moot in this instance.

A lot of people are struggling through these mandates, and there should be relief for them, but a lot of my friends work in various professional level positions and don't need to miss rent, so I don't need to miss my mortgage payment and cause harm to the bank employees if this is pushed onto them banks.

@Casey Crotty I believe the last extension of the governor’s eviction moratorium specifically allowed evictions for cases where the tenant is committing waste (harming the dwelling, no pun).
