As long as the buyer fulfills their end of the contract, what does it matter?

It's so fulfilling and fun that it's completely unfair! 

It has paid of for the most part but I still fall into the "what if" way of thinking, but now I fulfill my love for all things aviation by watching all of the SpaceX launches :)

He could build an empire in those 4 years, being completely happy and fulfilled doing exactly what he loves.

There is more knowledge and experience here than any single place I can think of for real estate investors.So be a lifelong learner; listen to what folks on this site have to say even if you might initially disagree with it.

Then there is the fact that if your lead fulfillment system is working correctly your followup will also include referral request.

Here is how my road to the first No came from my direct mail campaign.June 8, 2014 I ordered my list from Listsource of the following criteria:SFR3-5 Bedrooms40% + equity7+ years ownershipand for my zip code it spit out 313 names.Next I sought out the direct mail fulfillment center.  

Easier to fulfill and you don't get swamped with calls in 1 day like I used to and end up missing calls.3)  For the changing script on the mail merge, I can't help with that but @Michael Quarles may be able to answer those and input better pointers.To use the @ someone I believe you must add them as a colleague, then you will see their name appear.Good luck

But personally, I'd suggest rethinking your life long term...
