I was fortunate to find a great job making $50,000.

Fortunately, I have a wonderful job in DC; more importantly, I have an awesome wife and a great 3 year old. 

I currently have went to a program called Fortune Builders and I have a 3 day class with them in January I am hoping that will help me more to become successful in the real estate business I am very good at sales and getting into real estate is a Huge interest of mine for a while I love hard work and achieving my goal of getting into real estate is just great.

Fortunately I will be graduating this may an am ready to jump into the real estate game.As of now my father, brother, and myself have formed a partnership to invest in properties around our hometown of Quakertown, PA.

(Having said that though -  there is a fortune of knowledge and good people willing to share experience and knowledge over here, that can be applied in any market. )I invest in the US and UK- and the markets behave differently, and have different ways of doing business- but at the end of the day real estate is real estate.Best of luck.

I have a technical trade and I am a Management employee for a Fortune 10 Company.

I can empathize with your position on rent :-)  fortunately, in this business there are many different ways to make a living.  

Fortunately I have not been faced with any major repairs and no vacancy.
