@David WaddletonHi David, just outside of Pittsburgh....the Tri-State area just recently figured out that there is more natural gas there than in the Middle East, and Shell Oil Co just opened a HUGE cracking plant.

And new construction is being built and developers are planting their flags.

I think most seasoned investors would tell you to move to Milwaukee...The President just announced that FoxConn will build a huge plant just south of Milwaukee.

The Volvo and Mercedes plants aren't even done yet.
