I'm new to all of this so I'm looking for a brokerage in Western Washington (Lynnwood-Seattle area) that is investor-friendly with low to no fees, that does a great job training new agents.

We are firing up hard on some marketing and wholesaling efforts on the Western Slope of Colorado.

They are primarily clustered on the western side of 400 dipping down to where 75 and 85 meet. 

I'm wondering where else I should look besides the personal network I've already engaged.I'm looking to pick up MHP's in Western MI or TX.Thanks guys

It is East of HWY 71 which isn't as great as the Western part.

We also have 6 colleges in the area one of which is Case Western Reserve University, which is huge in medical research.

New Western is getting tons of deals in Colorado springs that would make great rentals. 

@Chris Potter They recently moved multnomah county to Oregon ;-)  Western Washington is fast, fast, fast and wet, wet, wet.That means you need to be quick and well funded and put up with lots of nonsense from City and County regs and sometimes the contractors actually show up.

I live in Thailand too, so I'm hoping to buy properties cheaper than back home in the UK, but still charge western tourists higher rental rates.
