She has now taken my supra lockbox off of the door, made a police complaint and is trying to file a complaint to the NAR.Has anyone dealt with tenants like this??

In the meantime I try to locate all of the descendants, who seemed to all have moved to Chicago in the 1930's, so, I can then send notification for foreclosure. 

The guests were happy to pay for the damage when I threatened filing vandalism charges and letting the police know about the underage drinking that the guests were facilitating.  

If you know the neighbors, ask them to report noise violations to the police so there is proof she is disrupting the neighborhood. 

I asked the police to trespass these offenders from the property and they said that the tenant is allowed to have whoever they want on the property.

Police came, I filed a report, in which this person said that I trespassed...uh its my HOUSE!

I don't agree with the mayors letting the rioters run roughshod, I don't agree with defund the police, I think the government made a terrible strategic mistake to provide an eviction moratorium, creating a hole that gets bigger every day without any plan to fix it.
