its terrible what they did to your house after you clearly did nice things like putting stainless appliances, even before the flooding it looks like they were taking poor care of it (what the heck they broke all the blinds like they were always peeping out of them by pulling pieces back with their hand....).  

It might take some time, but even a one eyed blind squirrel will find the odd nut - as long as it keeps hunting!

They'll just make blind offers in hopes that 1% are accepted and then they'll actually look at it and see if they want it. 

This is not necessarily an ad for those looking to invest to reach out, but more of a request for some knowledge to give me a little leverage going into the process so I am not going in blind.

For example, a blind person is not authorized to have more than one guide dog.

Most agents will just send everything blindly without first making sure they are a good deal.

Where we live now I can tell you exactly the parts to stay away from...but it's like going in blind when you don't know a new city.

Don't blindly pay more, with a low cap rate and think you are getting low risk.what kind of cap rates should we Be looking for in a 16-20 unit apartment building in good standing?
