As I study those that are wealthy, they often make more money during bad times versus good.

With that said, we have to try - so I've sort of pieced together bits and pieces from experienced investors I've met in person, podcasts, books, forums, information I've heard/seen get brought up multiple times, etc. and tailored it to my style/what I believe will lead to success (for me).I've attached a screen shot of what I'm currenlty targeting, but treating it like a diet/workout plan...

I am great full to bigger pockets for all of the information that they give and very grateful that the investors here give that information freely we are so lucky I am so grateful coming from a family that was originally in poverty. when I am wealthy I want to make a non profit specializing in helping teach the poor about financial intelligence.

If you are looking to build long term wealth, I think having a good rental portfolio is best.  

I'm business minded and have made a few of my employers pretty wealthy.

But dramatic appreciation on your houses can make you really wealthy.

Not all landlords are wealthy capitalist.  

If all your wealth is in the LLC, then you don't want the LLC to be sued.Plus if you do have an LLC or corp., you want it to be completely separate from you personally.

After my epiphany that every financial independent/wealthy person I know owns real estate, and a bunch of it, I've been set on a new path.
