Did not know that but, here it is.What actually happens depends on how the marginal increase in DTI will trigger an increase in demand (ceteris paribus -- somewhat likely), and how the DTI increase is likely to alter current supply levels (inventory) in the market place.

@Sung Park trustco bank offers no borrower paid PMI on their mortgages, I believe the company might have to pay it themselves... and you would think this would translate to a higher interest rate or larger closing costs, but nope seem to be the lowest and cheapest around.

At 750-850 sqft per unit, it feels so much bigger and you potentially have room to maneuver if you want to take out a wall to try and alter the floorplan to something more modern.
