For starters, I typically ask how long they have rented the unit and what their feelings are towards the current ownership.Does anyone have any other recommendations of good questions to ask to the tenants (assuming they are friendly enough to answer)?  

For starters, you're going to have to find a good deal(with a motivated seller), then get it under contract(with the assistance of a real estate attorney) so you are the sole proprietor.

If you go through capital one, you will most likely have no issue getting one of their starter cards.  

You can use this guide as a starter but I always recommend hiring an attorney your first time just to see how the process works.

Our product wont be too much geared for Millennials as its a move up product but in our starter stuff we are for sure looking at these items. 

There are many starter homes being built with along other commercial developement.
