This usually means someone else vetted the deal and rejected it.Make sure the title company at which both the AB and BC is closing is legitimate.

Why waste time sending forms around.But show me where on this form https://www.trec.texas.gov/sites/default/files/pdf... it says that if you present that form, the other party can not only reject your proposed amendment, but cancel the underlying contract.

Many tenants will provide a "certificate" purchased from a web site but I reject those immediately because a web site is incapable of determining a disability or that a service animal is capable of performing a necessary service.There's far more to it, which is why I recommend you take the easy route and sign up with petscreening.com and let them do the work for you.
