My current project is one that I inherited but will definitely pay off in the long run.One of my biggest questions I hope to get answered is how private lending works and if it is worth it. 

So far, I've managed to build a really good team to support my business from agents and contractors to wholesalers and lenders.

However, if anyone has recommendations on alternative methods for securing capital like private lenders, please let me know.Also, I'm in the process of learning how to underwrite through online courses, but finding rental comps for MF seems a bit more complicated than single family homes.

I'm hoping you can help me find some good DSCR lenders and give me an idea of the going rates?

You are not a sub2, a STR, a commercial real estate, mortgage note, private lender etc. guru / expert.Many of these gurus will sell you on a lifestyle...

One of the takeaways was that lenders are freaking out about multi-family right now.

The 8 mos isn’t quite long enough to utilize just the STR income to qualify but many lenders allow AirDnA projections to be utilized as the income to qualify.
