If it was a normal tub/shower combo it would take up a foot LESS of space too.Our question is: Would we decrease the value of the house by getting rid of the expensive tile and jacuzzi and replacing it with a normal tub/shower that’s more in style and less dangerous to get into?

My plan was to get licensed for the purposes of our personal investing, but I’ve ended up actually doing fewer personal deals as an agent, partly because I pass more deals on to clients and also because I’ve been enjoying working as an agent and have been dedicating more time to building that business as opposed to the investment side of things.

I agree that option 1, really is a dangerous option and only makes sense if you currently own NOTHING and are buying a multifamily to house hack and live rent free.Option #2 I would absolutely AGREE is a ton of work and also IF YOU ARE DEDICATED to being an investor, is the best option.
