By that I mean changed your mailing address, changed your drivers license and car insurance, and actually slept in the place night after night?

It matches the address on their drivers license .Kicking myself that it should have been a red flag had i checked the drivers license and property records .

While the commission is the primary driver for some agents, other agents are driven more by helping people, and I am definitely the latter.

My 10 step Screening process is sort of like this:1) Ask all Applicants to Go online, get your credit score from any source you may have such as a Credit Score, etc.2) Complete the Application so I have your SS#, Driver's License, Employment History and current Landlord with Rental History.3) Get a letter of recommendation from your current Landlord.4) I select the best applicant.5) I will also pull a Background and Court Check on that selected Applicant, but not on the others.

Not to mention that we will soon have self driving electric cars to choose from on those platforms where the cost of using them should be dirt cheap given that you will not need to pay for labor (drivers) or gas!    

I'm no expert, but the the way I look at it now is that I'm gaining experience to complement all the knowledge I've gained over the past several months, earning a little extra passive income on the side, meeting people, and getting comfortable with being in the driver's seat so that I can see the opportunities ahead that will allow me to leverage my wife and I beyond the entry stage.

Or the downturn would drive rents down so you'd have to lower them or lose your tenants.

You can never count on appreciation as a driver for cash flow.

Recently, they gave me a $70k cashier's check without even asking me for my account number and driver license.

hey everybody my name is manpreet singh m new to bp I drive cab in NYC last few years . 6 months ago hear about flipping houses so I did my research on the topic been reading talking to real estate agent's and construction ppl I have few friend who's in construction and looking at everything I decided to go with real estate  investing it is  life changing decision. so talk to  one my friend and get in touch with a wholesaler in Brooklyn  he's willing to sell me deals at good price. profit margin in NY is very good so far as i have seen (if u strike the right deal in good area)been talking to other ppl who do flip properties on regular basis out of BP but one seems like helping on providing on where to get startup money or how to get ppl lead to money to do uer first flip.I know my weak point in convincing a Leander is tat I don't have background in real estate so they look at me as a cab driver trying to to be at real estate investers.back in the days I use to help my aunt in Sacramento California in real estate wasn't involve tat much but I know the basics of real estate Market in NY is very good.
