I graduated from UMass Amherst two years ago and am currently working as a Software Developer in Boston.

What was left at "headquarters" in San Mateo are a few highly intelligent Senior Engineers, a bunch of marketing folks who knew nothing, middle management that knew absolutely nothing, led by MBA senior mgmt that knew nothing about software development or engineering.

Sometimes flexibility in software can cause trouble.
