I personally have borrowed from my 401k but only for investment property duplex minimum. if possible occupy duplex, i personally lived in my own units for seven years before purchasing my primary residence.

Hello,I am considering a HELOC to purchase my first 2 family rental property. The property will be rehabbed and property managed all included with the purchase price. Is a HELOC a good idea?

If I do utilize a CPA I am assuming I need to use one in my state of residence, correct? 

as I explained earlier I will be using my business credit card to pull money out for closing and reserves I ask this because when I closed on my personal residence there needed to be a paper trail from where my Dp came from and closing cost 

I have heard the husband just likes it really cold, the current resident is too cheap to turn on the system, and germophobia as reasons.
