After two weeks the tenant complained that there were toxic plants called angel trumpets in the yard and he would like them removed.

It is like having a bunch of strangers having the power to interfere with your investment.And then there are the board members who decide it's their mission in life to harass owners/tenants about every weird thing, like potted plants on the balcony or whatever.I only bought the one condo, intending to keep it forever and rent it out.  

There is also a stable blue collar work force with the refineries, chemical plants, and a port.

Giving ordinary people homes in traditional housing developments that are advanced - green, clean, healthy, livable, walkable, integrated wtih the natural communities of non-humans (plants and animals).

But even with the positive soil results, my fiancee still can’t get over the mining history in the area, and the impact that would have on daily living (always questioning the safety of local produce, our dog not able to swim in local waters, hesitance to plant a garden...etc.).So as for us acquiring this property for personal use, I think that’s probably out of the question.

One runs to the back where she waters her orchids in the patio, another runs to the side where she fills up buckets for other planting purposes. 

On the west coast its all digital so not a big deal but back east were they are 100 years behind in title plants its very old school..

My classes (I'm a teacher) took a field trip to Gallo years ago and we toured the glass plant. 

He even had flower planting on one bill.

Now I have to learn the various names are for growing weed plants in a protective structure ...appreciate any ideas.
