I am not sure they will ever repeal it per se, but never putting any infrastructure behind it and continually delaying it is basically the same thing.

There’s is no one to “notify” the bank, per se.  

This was no ones fault per se but there are some things we can improve upon for next time.  

Se dc by Suitland, Anacostia, and Oxon hill are possibilities.if you want to stay in the commonwealth, Woodbridge, Quantico, and Leesburg aren't terrible.the bottom line is that making money as an investor anywhere along the orange/silver line requires millions in capital to be a big time developer.
