Even if there are jobs, won't there be a shortage of housing for awhile? 

@Adam Butt,The U.S. is in a housing shortage right now due to multiple factors.The biggest, of course, was the economic crash back in 2007 / 2008. 

I think because of the housing shortage here in Columbus we are still going strong.

If your'e good, fair priced and do what you say your'e going to do you will have no shortage of work.

The county may also be backlogged with staffing shortages so just factor that in when applying and your timeline. 

I find no shortage of REO properties but a majority need work and are not financeable so you need to pay cash.I buy super fixers cheap and pay cash and my challenge is cost containment in the renovations to keep the projects on budget as every dollar saved is a dollar earned.

For instance, if there is a housing shortage and new policies are put into place that make landlords sell their rentals or convert them to Airbnb rentals - the policy won't fix the problem.I agree that this politician - is she a city council member? 

Residential real estate makes a good combination with residential property management, and there is a real shortage of good property managers.

@Thadeous Larkin I’d try to figure out how much of the delay is from you/ your pm, and how much delay is from the national appliance shortage due to covid disruptions of the manufacturing.
