I find no shortage of REO properties but a majority need work and are not financeable so you need to pay cash.I buy super fixers cheap and pay cash and my challenge is cost containment in the renovations to keep the projects on budget as every dollar saved is a dollar earned.

For instance, if there is a housing shortage and new policies are put into place that make landlords sell their rentals or convert them to Airbnb rentals - the policy won't fix the problem.I agree that this politician - is she a city council member?

@Thadeous Larkin I’d try to figure out how much of the delay is from you/ your pm, and how much delay is from the national appliance shortage due to covid disruptions of the manufacturing.
