Family asks if I can move the like new washer and dryer to the shed so they can put their in from storage.

I have a message in to a real estate attorney in New Orleans in hopes he can shed some light.

This does not mean shedding all my responsibilities to sit on a mountain somewhere.

Do you have a basement where you could install a toilet and maybe put a shed out behind one of the buildings?

Other ideas: active park, small playground, public art and outdoor galleries, rainwater capture, composting, garden sheds, and tool sheds.

No smoking inside the rental or any structure on the property, to include the garage or storage shed.

Have you considered allowing the tenant to build a storage shed for this use?

You don't have much time to work with here but talking to someone at the municipality the property is in may shed some light on the situation.

Garage conversions are very common in my area, several of our neighbors have it and many of the houses on the market boast garage conversions.We have a shed in the backyard but its not water tight.Our house is currently worth $136K (from our county appraisal website), is a 3/2/2, 1350 sq ft on a half acre (corner lot) with a duck pond in the backyard.  

Our highest week in the year is the first week in October when a backyard shed can get $300 per night (just kidding but close).
