Sometimes these tenants employ a leasing broker or commercial attorney to negotiate the rent with the landlord on renewals and then keep part of the expected savings with payment from the tenant, etc.I would have to see the location and what type of tenant we are talking about here and then have to know your goals with keeping the property or trying to sell it.
