Personally, I don't see the harm in disclosing ... not like you are or should be trying to hide anything ... so, I agree with the other poster to say that when in doubt, disclose.

@Michael MastantuonoYes, but you need to find the right agent.The barrier to entry for RE agents is incredibly low, therefore there are a lot of agents out there that have absolutely no clue what they are doing and will do more harm on this deal than help.You need to find an agent that is experienced and that has done deals themselves.
