I looked up this company to see what they where all about the man that told me about it. and the first thing i get was SCAM and Nouveau.

I did not like using Craig's List - I got a ton of responses that were clearly scams... they all started out with "I'm from Switzerland and coming to your city for work or school and want rent your house

Hi everyone, I am interested in working with private money lenders but I see that many of the sites out there are scams.

There are TONS of pitfalls and scams so be careful about who you work with.

You will find that people run scams on CL very frequently.

This reminds me of Phil Pustejovsky and his Freedom Mentor sudo scam.  

I think DCF is a scam and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them, unless anyone has done business with them and can provide good reference.

I've seen people trying to scam like this and I feel really sorry for them.Even if someone uses a property manager, I call the actual owner and ask them if they can speak to the tenant or give me the name of their property manager.

In my opinion all of the "Online Foreclosure" sites are somewhat scams.
