For example, in a market where the average property is selling between 98% and 101% of asking price, offering 80% just won't make any sense unless there's something about a specific property that justifies it.Offers like these are genuine time wasters for agents - and time is the number 1 resource that we have to make a living.Respect your agent's time and talent and things will work out better for all concerned.
