There are tons of threads concerning options and their use as well as how options have been effected by Dodd-Frank, the SAFE Act and predatory dealing laws.My feeling is that this price level, with a more financially sophisticated buyer, who just sued and won in some matter with a bank isn't going to be that likely to get involved in leases and options and convoluted strategies that lesser mortals might get involved with. This goes a bit deeper as to the issue why your buyer won't qualify, one credit issue generally doesn't wipe out a higher income earner for 5 years, so with more information concerning that issue we can judge what alternatives might be acceptable.Another aspect Inderpal, are you suggesting you would carry back the mortgage but it's your partner who is unwilling?
