We have a 6-plex on 5 acres & I'm amazed how many kids who rent from us have had their wedding pics etc taken on-site.

This site is full of new investors who tried to go it alone only to find they've missed key parts of the equations that cost them dearly after the fact. 

I dont even see the property listed for sale on sites?

I have enough saved for a down payment on a single family rental property, and have been browsing the MLS sites for a few weeks.Here‘s the catch - I’m renting right now in Downtown Tampa, and it isn‘t cheap.

Or you could search a job listing site like indeed.com for an open position like an admin assistant.

Not a lot of useful info on the web site. 

After two renovations in other properties, I sold my own apartment in 2007 through an incredibly complicated series of contractual maneuvers designed to skirt EU  banking regulations, and the bank was as in on it as the buyer was. 

So the site owner has decided that commerce of virtually any type - including bartering or giving things away for some other consideration - needs to happen in the Marketplace.
