SF bounces back.. when i made the loan in 87 I had a MAI appraisal at 2 mil.. 

hello BP community my name's Kevin I started investing in 2014 after a 25-year divorce and being disabled I lost everything and had to find a way to bounce back and I did I found God and this site and starting reading and studying I have 3 properties 2 free and clear I buy and hold this will be my retirement and my future.

I’m looking for a support group/community to bounce ideas off of and really just grow together in effort to get started in residential real estate investing.

I would try to get into flipping for desired profit or make sure you can short term or long term rent them if you decide to hold until market bounces back.

I would be more than happy to have you bounce ideas off my head if you wanted as well!

Soft floor around toilets, tubs, & appliances bounce on your toes in those areas.

For cities with good fundamentals and job markets that generally bounce back quickly those numbers will turn quickly as well.Smaller towns and more suburban areas will feel a crunch for awhile longer i believe.Should be an interesting time for investors with cash and funds.
