I currently work as a nursing assistant and I would like to learn everything about real estate.  

I'm in high-tech, and my wife's a nurse, so that's that.

When we originally got it we wanted to remodel the top unit and go for traveling nurses.

My wife and I still both have W2 jobs currently, even though we're active investors - I'm an Engineer and she's a Registered Nurse. 

I have done the by the room rentals, (travel nurses) duplex, and the adu route.

They either bought it back in the 1980s for $100k, or they use it themselves and only count on the rental income to offset some of the expenses.I am a travel nurse who recently came to work to Oahu and now want to live here.

I recently had an applicant who was a relocating nurse between jobs.

Looking for six month to a year renters, traveling nurses and/or vacationers.

Our unit are in midtown Sacramento, only 1 mile from the capital and 1.5 miles from 2 major hospitals, plus walking distance to many great parks and restaurants so hoping the area will appeal to nurses and government contractors needing mid term rentals.
