Will Kirkendoll tenants wants to pay a couple months in advance?
2 March 2019 | 30 replies
I would want to know why before I make a decision....With the ease of sending money online and having an auto pay system each month pay your rent, there are very easy ways to pay your rent even when you are traveling or very busy or too occupied to drop off a check etc.Its a red flag for me....... a flag that they are so incompetent that they have to pay stuff way in advance or they spend it on stupid stuff and then end up broke...but the flip side is that you at least get the $$ while they have it, but don't expect that to last.....the "got no money" is coming....Red flag for new prospective tenants that want to pay WAY in advance....they are usually trying to hide something.....make you look past your screening stuff by bribing you up front with a roll of cash.....big red flagIf these are longer term tenants I would want to know why and then decide....also depends on how far out they are trying to pay....1-3 months maybe...longer, probably not
